We now know why Lucien is helping trey, to keep him from his brother. So Caliban is going to try an kill Trey but Lucien is going to be his guide.
page 27, " At first he was one of 12 employees, but as the years dragged on, the company grew, and he was promoted. BY 1940 he had mastered the business and was running the entire operation, brokering the deals and managing a staff of thirty."
This quote shows like how hardworking Noah is. He has been at the same thing for years, and over time he is just getting better and better. It also shows that he he is determined and focused, on getting what he wants. Getting promoted from nothing to then being in charge and running so much shows how much of a hard worker he is, and how much he has grown over the past years.
Trash pg.133 "He built himself a palace, for the king he thought he was" (P) I believe that the character living in that palace is completely terrified and depressed because he has all this money but no friends or family. I think he is going to end up losing all his money from being either too greedy or just obnoxious.
I admire Tris because of her persistence in order to make it past stage one, her persistence to do anything to stay in Dauntless and not become factionless. Everything she pushes through, all the bruises, the beatings, the bullying from other initates, everything. That all makes me feel like something I aspire to be. I aspire to push through everything no matter how hard it gets. Tris makes me feel like I can actually do something and actually push through to get what I want.
The Secret Life Of Bees. pg.135 “Lily, I like you better than any girl I’ve ever known, but you have to understand, there are people who would kill boys like me for even looking at girls like you.” (R).:)..During Lily’s stay with the familys sisters she meets Zach Taylor. Zach is one of the family friend and he and Lily become friends instantly. They begin to grow together as does their feelings for one another. What starts as a teenage crush becomes something much deeper. The only problem is that society cannot accept that the two of them have grown close because there is no denying that Lily is white and Zach is black. Because of the color of their skin they are forced to hide their growing friendship and when they attempt to defy society and go out together in public, the horrible things become deadly.
The Character I admire in "Look for me by moonlight" is Todd, the narrators five year old step brother.It seems weird to admire a little kid, but I do, because Todd to me, seems like the strongest character out of all, he believed Vincent was a bad guy, but no one listened to him, telling him it was all in his imagination, later on it turns out he was right. When Vincent bit him, he didn't give up like his sister Cynda wanted to do, he kept trying to fight Vincent, despite how young he is. He is a like a little hero, because he helped his sister fight the bad guy.
